Summary
Key holder to your door knob. Very handy if you are a bit bad with your memory. Might need resizing. Please comment if you see something wrong with the model. This is not done by professional but I tried to think many aspects of the need of this model. Text might need a bit precise printer but it should work even without it. I'll try to fix the model if needed.
How I Designed This
Blender
I created it with Blender. I'm holding the original .blend which I use to derivate the STL so it might be a bit hard for you to make any tiny or pretty changes. I'm not making money with it and I try to provide new STL models if needed. For handy Blender expert this shouldn't be problem to make similar but still I decided to keep the source which is needed for creating similar model with different text.
I started form cube, flattened model, made few subdivisions, carved the top curve and key hole, inserted text with UV mapping and made a displacement with UV map. All in mentioned order. Should be enough precise instructions for handy modeler.
Now you can make your own or ask me to provide better model. I'm having a model before displacement map so it's easy to replace with new text. Sorry for the large amount of vertexes. I was a bit lazy with modeling so there is a lot of unnecessary vertexes. I'm not sure if that is though a problem. I hope not :)
