spp, é o mais usual qdo testei somente usei SPP e EPP+SPP e funcionou bem nos dois, mas ai vai a info tirada do manual.

Part 5 – Technical Details
The Parallel Port

Parallel Ports on later models of computer can be set to operate in any of the following three modes of operation:

· SPP (Standard Parallel Port - original specification)

· EPP (Enhanced Parallel Port)

· ECP (Enhanced Capabilities Port)



TurboCNC places the Parallel Port into the SPP mode for operation to ensure compatibility with the maximum number of computers.

The Standard Parallel Ports consists of three registers: the data, status, and control. The registers for first three ports are normally found at 0378h, 0278h, and 03BCh. These are the base addresses referred to below.

TurboCNC expects to find the ports at these addresses. If the computer has mapped these elsewhere, the addresses can be found in the BIOS at 0000:0408, 0000:040A, and 0000:040C for LPT1 through LTP3. The source of the registered version of TurboCNC can be modified to use the non-standard addresses.

      hoje consegui fazer minha maquina movimentar os eixo com o Tcnc e a cnc3ax,
testei nos dois modos   full e half  tudo a contentos,mas tenho uma durvida na con-
figuração dos eixos no Tcnc,velocidade e aceleração,quais os parametros entre eles
quem fica com maior valor de Hz, existe uma regrinha basica pra configurar.

Mesmo em outros programas, o usual é usar +ou- 10 vezes + na aceleração.
Note que por default a configuração está em 50 e 500.
Vá aumentando a partir daí, ex: 100/1000, 150/1500...
Quando achar uma velocidade que percebe que a máquina responde bem, sem estolar ou perder passos, faça mais alguns testes modificando só a aceleração, de 10 em 10.
